Abstract

The invention relates to a method for information transfer by means of a server (70), following the receipt of information on the status of a telephone connection between at least two telephone sets (3, 22), each telephone set being connected to a computer device (4, 23). The information is transmitted on a network (60) which transmits data packets to at least one of said computer devices, characterised in comprising the step of obtaining information on at least one application (7, 8, 9 10) present in at least one of said computer devices (4) and transfer of given information based on obtained information to at least one application (24, 25, 26, 27) present on at least one of the other computer devices (23). The invention further relates to the device associated with the transfer process, the method and activation device for at least one application in a client device.
