Abstract
L'invention concerne une console centrale (10) à utiliser dans des véhicules, notamment une console centrale (10) située entre les sièges avant (11) d'un véhicule automobile. La console centrale selon l'invention comprend un accoudoir (12) situé sur la face supérieure de la console centrale (10), qui peut être utilisé comme appui pour le bras en position d'utilisation et qui dégage au moins un vide-poches (13) se trouvant dans la console centrale (10) en position de non-utilisation. Pour faire passer l'accoudoir (12) de la position de non-utilisation à la position d'utilisation et inversement, un axe de rotation (14) pratiquement horizontal et pratiquement perpendiculaire au sens de marche traverse l'accoudoir (12) dans la zone arrière de la console centrale (10). La console centrale comprend également au moins un dispositif d'affichage (15) monté sur un dispositif pivotant (16) en liaison active avec la console centrale (10), le dispositif pivotant (16) étant réalisé pour le logement à double articulation du dispositif d'affichage (15) sur la console centrale (10) sous forme de bras pivotant (25) offrant un logement à double articulation pour le dispositif d'affichage (15). Le dispositif pivotant (16) présente un premier axe de rotation (17) coopérant avec la console centrale (10) à une extrémité et un deuxième axe de rotation (18) coopérant avec le dispositif d'affichage (15) à son autre extrémité diamétralement opposée. Selon l'invention, le premier axe de rotation (17), coopérant avec la console centrale (10), du dispositif pivotant (16) coïncide avec l'axe de rotation (14) de la console centrale (10) pour l'accoudoir (12) et, pour dégager le dispositif d'affichage (15) avec le dispositif pivotant (16), l'accoudoir (12) comprend un élément d'appui supplémentaire (19), logé pivotant autour d'un deuxième axe de rotation (20) de l'accoudoir (12) à l'extrémité avant de l'accoudoir (12), diamétralement opposée à l'axe de rotation (14) de la console centrale (10) pour l'accoudoir (12).
