Abstract

Procédé de traitement d'eau résiduaire par un bioréacteur à membranes (1) comportant une étape de déshydratation (4) des boues et un recyclage (6, 7), en tête du bioréacteur, de l'effluent liquide issu de la déshydratation des boues, caractérisé en ce que : - les boues biologiques extraites du bioréacteur (1) sont mises en contact (dans un contacteur (2) avec l'effluent liquide (6) provenant de l'étape de déshydratation des boues de manière que la teneur résiduelle dudit effluent en polyélectrolyte ayant servi au conditionnement des boues lors de l'étape de déshydratation (4) migre vers les boues biologiques; - les boues biologiques provenant du contacteur (2) sont séparées de l'effluent liquide de manière à obtenir, d'une part un effluent liquide (7) exempt de polyélectrolyte et d'autre part une boue biologique (5) chargée en polyélectrolyte ; - l'effluent liquide (7) exempt de polyélectrolyte est recyclé en tête du bioréacteur à membranes (1) et, - la boue biologique (5) chargée en polyélectrolyte est évacuée vers l'étape de déshydratation (4).
