Abstract

Ce moteur thermique pour thermocycleur comprend au moins un premier dispositif chauffant et refroidissant, un dispositif recevant un porte-prélèvement en contact thermique avec le premier dispositif chauffant et refroidissant et un second dispositif chauffant et refroidissant placé adjacent au dispositif recevant le porte-prélèvement et retiré d'auprès celui-ci afin de permettre, en cours d'utilisation, la mise en place d'un porte-prélèvement entre les deux dispositifs chauffant et refroidissant et en contact thermique avec ceux-ci. Ce moteur est également équipé d'un porte-prélèvement de petit volume, utilisable dans le thermocycleur et pourvu de plusieurs coupelles contenant les prélèvements, le nombre de coupelles étant un multiple de 96 et l'intervalle séparant les centres de coupelles voisines étant, approximativement, de 4.5 mm ou de 2.25 mm. Ces coupelles sont disposées selon une configuration quasiment rectangulaire selon un multiple de 12 coupelles en longueur et de 8 en largeur.
