Abstract

L'invention concerne une endoprothèse vasculaire. Cette endoprothèse vasculaire comprend une endoprothèse vasculaire principale et une endoprothèse de dérivation qui permet de dévier une partie de l'anatomie vasculaire, de connecter une endoprothèse secondaire afin de dévier l'écoulement sanguin dans les vaisseaux secondaires et de retrancher une partie de l'anatomie vasculaire. L'endoprothèse vasculaire principale est pourvue d'un orifice d'accès ou perforée de façon à présenter un orifice d'accès à travers lequel passe l'endoprothèse de dérivation ou la branche de connexion. On obtient ainsi une relation d'étanchéité entre les stents afin d'empêcher les fuites ou les saignements.
