Abstract

The invention relates to a mixer drive, to be used in particular in fermentation devices (GT) for biomass. Said drive comprises a hydraulic submersible motor (HM), which is located on a support (T) that projects into the tank, mixer arms (R) being connected in a driven manner to the axis of the motor by means of a hub (NR). A mixer shaft (3) is mounted on the support (T) in a tubular shaft bearing housing (1) in two radial guide bushes and two pairs of axial guide discs. One end of said mixer shaft is connected to the motor axis and the other end carries the hub (NR) with the mixer arms (R). The pair of guide discs on the hub side is axially supported on a front ring, which is located inside the shaft bearing housing (1) at a distance from the latter, and the end of the shaft bearing housing (1) on the hub side is provided with a crude thread running in opposition to the rotational direction of the hub (NR). Der Hydraulikmotor HM wird durch Hydraulikleitungen Hl, H2 von einem Hydraulikgenerator HG gespeist, der von einem motorischen Antrieb A angetrieben wird. Das Hydraulikaggregat HG weist einen Druckwächter PW und einen Niveauwächter NW auf, deren Signale einer Steuer- und Signalisiervorrichtung (ST) zur weiteren Auswertung zugeführt sind. Die Rührwerksachlagerung 1 ist durch vertikal beab- standete Bolzen Bl, B2 mit Abstandshaltern am Träger T verschraubt. Das Rührwerksachslager 1 trägt oben einen Flansch F2, auf den der Hydraulikmotor HM mit seinem Flansch Fl aufgesetzt und verschraubt ist. Untenendig ragt aus dem Achslager 1 die Rührwerksachse 3 heraus und in die Rührwerksnabe NK hinein, die mittels einer Passfeder 31 daran drehgesichert ist.
