Abstract
La présente invention concerne un composite sous forme d'hydrogel à poids moléculaire élevé au phosphate de calcium poreux qui comporte des trous traversants et des trous traversants artificiels à trois dimensions d'un diamètre compris entre 70 νm et 4 mm, qui présente une porosité comprise entre 20 et 80 % et qui contient du phosphate de calcium ayant un rapport molaire Ca/P compris entre 0,75 et 2,1 en tant que constituant primaire, ledit trou traversant étant revêtu de l'hydrogel à poids moléculaire élevé. Cette invention se rapporte également à un procédé de préparation du composite et à un os artificiel ou à une matière à libération prolongée destinée à un médicament renfermant le composite. Le composite selon la présente invention peut porter un ingrédient efficace tel qu'un médicament simplement par immersion dudit composite dans une solution contenant l'ingrédient.
