La présente invention se rapporte à des procédé de détermination du protéome, notamment d'établissement du profil primaire et du profil quaternaire d'un protéome. L'invention concerne aussi des procédés permettant de déterminer l'état d'un protéome dans un échantillon biologique. Les procédés selon l'invention peuvent servir à analyser la structure de médicaments protéiques ou à analyser l'état de l'expression génique.
