Abstract

La présente invention a trait à un biocapteur fongique comportant des champignons filamentaires luminescents ou fluorescents. La luminescence/fluorescence des champignons varie selon la présence ou l'absence de la substance de test prédéterminée. De manière caractéristiques, le gène codant pour la protéine luminescente ou fluorescente est génétiquement modifié pour être sous le contrôle d'un promoteur ou séquence activatrice inductible sensible à la substance de test. Des champignons appropriés comprennent Neurospora Sp., et Aspergillus Sp. Des protéines représentatives comprennent Gaussia luciferase et la phosphoprotéine obeline. L'invention a également trait à une bioanalyse utilisant le biocapteur.
