Abstract

Purpose; This invention tries to provide the medicine and food that satisfy the remarkable effects in prevention and treatment of diseases, adjustment of intestine, high nutrition and safety. Especially, this invention tries to provide the medicine and food that have curable effect against vascular diseases due to atherosclerosis like stenosis and occlusion of arteries. The methods of resolution; It is featured that the medicine and food consist of more than one of sprouting brown rice or milled sprouting brown rice, and more than one of beneficial intestinal bacteria, proliferation-promoting substance of beneficial intestinal bacteria, SOD like substance, stabilizer of activity of SOD like substance and foods and drinks made from soybeans.
