Abstract
Description
Teleskopschienenanordnung und damit ausgestattetes Kältegerät Telescopic rail arrangement and refrigeration device equipped with it
The present invention relates to a telescopic rail arrangement with two rails, which have a base in cross section and two webs projecting from the base and delimiting a channel and carry an engaging element which is longitudinally movable in the channel of the other rail.
Such telescopic rails are widely used to guide objects such as drawers easily movable and straight. The rails of such arrangements are usually made of strong sheet metal profiles. It is difficult to shape the cross-section of these profiles to a fraction of a millimeter in such a way that the engaging element is guided in it largely without play. However, a guide containing play causes the undesired pivoting movement of the rails relative to one another to increase the further they are pulled apart. Another advantage is that the drawers are not fixed to the telescopic rails with a screw connection, but are easily detachably connected to them. As a result, the mounting of an object carried by the telescopic rails with respect to a frame on which the telescopic rails are held, the more unsafe the further apart the rails are, which has made such telescopic rail arrangements unattractive for some arrangements. So it would be e.g. desirable in itself to make refrigerated goods rack extendable in refrigerators, so as to ensure easy accessibility even of objects which are stored in a full refrigerator close to the rear wall. If you want to design such a refrigerated goods rack so that it can be pulled out, exact guidance is necessary in order to be able to ensure a smooth movement in which no cradles placed on the rack fall over. It is expensive to manufacture telescopic slides with the required precision.
The task is solved by a telescopic rail arrangement with the features of claim 1 or a refrigerator with the features of claim 8.
By providing at least one, better still both rails with a buffer body, which faces one of the webs of the other rail, the horizontal pivoting freedom of movement of the rails can be very effectively restricted in the extended state, without this leading to a noticeable increase in the costs of the telescopic rail arrangement leads and without their running resistance noticeably increased.
The effectiveness of such a buffer body is greatest when it is attached to the same end of the rail as its engaging element. While the rails usually consist of metal, the buffer body is preferably formed from a plastic.
The buffer body preferably has a head facing the web of the other rail in order to limit the freedom of pivoting movement of the latter and a stem fastened in a bore of the one rail. In the simplest case, the handle is pressed so far into the hole that the head touches the area around the hole directly; however, an individually adjustable telescopic rail arrangement could also be created by using a plastic screw as the buffer body, which is screwed into an internal thread of the bore.
Das Eingreifelement ist vorzugsweise eine Rolle. The engaging element is preferably a roller.
At least one of the webs preferably has a brim opposite the bottom, which is used to engage behind the engaging element of the respective other rail and thus to prevent the rails from coming apart.

Fig. 1 shows a perspective view of parts of an inner container 1 of a refrigerator, which is equipped with telescopic rail arrangements according to the invention. The telescopic rail arrangements 4 serve to hold pull-out refrigerated goods carriers 5, as shown in FIG. 2.
Ein am hinteren Ende der beweglichen Schiene 7 aufragender Finger 17 dient zur Verrastung des Kühlgutträgers.3 shows a telescopic rail arrangement according to the invention in a perspective view, in the exploded state. The arrangement comprises two rails 6, 7, the rail 6 provided with latching hooks 8 being provided so that it engages with the fastening elements 2 and 3 on the inner container 1, and the movable rail 7 forms a support for a refrigerated goods carrier. One at the back The end of the movable rail 7 of upstanding fingers 17 is used to lock the refrigerated goods carrier.
Both rails 6, 7 are made of a strong sheet metal profile, the cross section of which is the same for both rails. This profile in each case comprises a vertical floor 9 in the installed position of the rails 6, 7 and two webs 10, 11 projecting at right angles from the floor 9. Floor 9 and webs 10, 11 each delimit a guide channel 12 on three sides, in each of which one on the another rail rotatably mounted roller 13 engages as a guide element. The web 10 of each rail also engages in the guide channel 12 of the other rail. The web 11 is in each case extended by an inwardly directed brim 14 which engages behind the roller 13 of the other rail and thus limits the transverse mobility of the roller in the guide channel and prevents the telescopic rail arrangement from falling apart. The two rails are joined together by being pushed into one another in the longitudinal direction and then an elastic plastic buffer 15 is snapped into place at the front end of the movable rail 7.
Fig. 4 shows a slightly schematic horizontal longitudinal section through the rails 6, 7 in a separate state. Both rails each carry a roller 13 at one end, the web 10 being interrupted at the height of the roller 13, so that the roller 13 extends vertically beyond the edge of the base 9 and on the web 11 of the respective other rail between the base 9 and Brim 14 can roll out. The web 11 must be slightly wider than the roller 13 so that it does not get stuck between the bottom 9 and the brim 14, but any lateral play of the roller 13 affects the lateral stability of the guide.
Between the roller 13 and the end of each rail 6, 7 adjacent to the roller, a buffer 15 made of a supple plastic material, such as polyester or polytetrafluoroethylene, is inserted into a bore 16 in the base 9. As can be seen in particular in the perspective view of the rail 6 in FIG. 3, the bore 16 lies closer to the web 11 than the axis of the roller 13 mounted on the same rail, so that only a small protrusion of the rail for accommodating the buffer 15 6 or 7 over the roller 13 is required. The buffer 15 has a shape similar to that of a short screw with a head projecting into the guide channel 12 and a stem held in the bore 16. The stem can have a simple cylindrical shape and can be held in the bore 16 by pressing; but it is also conceivable to provide the bore 16 with an internal thread and to use a plastic screw as a buffer 15.
The roller 13 of each rail 6, 7 engages with a certain lateral play between the bottom 9 and the brim 14 of the other rail 7 or 6, this fact being seen only for the roller 13 of the rail 7, since the web 11 of the rail 7 is cut away in the illustration. The buffer 15 of each rail 6, 7 lies opposite the web 10 of the respective other rail 7, 6, the play between the buffer and the web being smaller than that of the roller 13 and, in extreme cases, also being zero.
Fig. 6 shows the same two rails in an almost maximum extended state. The maximum extended state would correspond to a contact of the two rollers 13. In this extended position, the telescopic rail arrangement has a greater freedom of pivoting movement in the horizontal plane (about an axis perpendicular to the plane of the figure) than in the retracted state of FIG. 5, since the distance between the buffers 15 or rollers 13 which limit the freedom of pivoting movement are low.
Fig. 7 illustrates the limits of the freedom of pivoting movement when the rail 7 is rotated clockwise. The course of the bottom 9 of the rail 7, which corresponds to the parallel orientation of the rails to one another shown in FIG. 6, is shown in FIG. 7 as a dash-dotted line. From this orientation, the rail 7 can be deflected slightly until its roller 13 abuts the inside of the brim 14 of the rail 6 and its web 10 abuts the buffer 15 of the rail 6. If the buffer 15 were missing, the limit of the freedom of pivoting movement would only be reached when the roller 13 of the rail 7 hits the brim 14 of the rail 6 and at the same time the roller 13 of the rail 6 hits the bottom 9 of the rail 7. This would correspond to the position of the rail 7 shown in FIG. 7 as a dotted outline 7 '.
