  • the rotary weight 152 is coupled to the extended end of the extending rod 151 which receives therein the bearing B, the rotary weight 152 along with the extending rod 151 is rotated around the support shaft 130 by the bearing B in the upper and lower bodies 110a and 110b.
  • the exercise device 100 further includes a magnetic material 180 which is inserted in a magnetic material insert hole 152a which is provided in the rotary weight 152 coupled to the extended end of the extending rod 151.
  • the magnetic material insert hole 152a is provided on a predetermined portion of the rotary weight 152 at which the magnetic material 180 interacts with the extending parts 143 of the metal sheets 140 which are respectively in close contact with the inner surfaces of the upper and lower bodies 110a and 110b. That is, magnetic material 180 is inserted in the magnetic material insert hole 152a such that the magnetic material 180 is placed at the predetermined portion of the rotary weight 152 which is aligned with central portions of the extending parts 143 of the metal sheets 140.
  • the rotary body 150 further has a magnetic material support 153 which extends from each of the upper and lower extending rod parts of the extending rod 151 toward the magnetic material insert hole 152a.
  • the magnetic material insert hole 152a is closed with the magnetic material supports 153.
  • the exerciser grasps the grip 111 with the cushion I l ia which is defined by fastening the upper and lower bodies 110a and 110b together, and shakes horizontally the exercise device 100.

  • each of the metal sheets 140 which is fastened on the inner surface of each of the upper and lower bodies 110a and 110b to allow the rotary weight 152 with the magnetic material 180 to rotate between the metal sheets 140, as shown in Figs. 3, 5 and 6, the plurality of extending parts 143 extend outward from the edge of each of the metal sheets 140 along a track of the rotary weight 152. Therefore, the exerciser exercises different muscle groups as the rotary weight 152 with the magnetic material 180 passes through areas in which the extending parts 143 of the metal sheets 140 are placed, and when the rotary weight 152 passes through areas in which no extending part 143 is placed. Thus, the exercise device 100 of the present invention increases the efficiency of the exercise.
  • Figs. 7 through 11 are views showing an exercise device 100 having a rotary body 150 and metal sheets 140 different from the first embodiment, according to a second embodiment of the present invention.
  • an extending rod 151 and a rotary weight 152 of the rotary body 150, which receives therein the bearing B, are integrated with each other into a single body.
  • a magnetic material insert hole 152a is provided on an outer surface of the rotary weight 152, which is integrally coupled to the extending rod 151, to receive therein the magnetic material 180, as shown in Fig. 7.
  • a locking hole 152b is provided around the magnetic material insert hole 152a on each of both sides of rotary weight 152.
  • a magnetic material support 153 is provided on the locking holes 152b, which are provided on the both sides of rotary weight 152, to support the magnetic material 180 which is inserted in the magnetic material insert hole 152a.
  • the magnetic material support 153 has a hook 153a which is provided on each of both ends of the magnetic material support 153 and is inserted into each of the locking holes 152b.
  • the magnetic material 180 is prevented from being undesirably removed from the magnetic material insert hole 152a during a rotation of the rotary body 150 around the support shaft 130.
  • a plurality of metal sheets 140 are respectively inserted in locking units 113 which are provided on inner surfaces of main body 110 to provide the plurality of metal sheets 140 at regular intervals around a track of the rotary weight 152 of the rotary body 150 which has the magnetic material 180 and rotates around the support shaft 130.
  • the metal sheet 140 comprises at least two metal sheets 140 which are provided around the track of the rotary weight 152 of the rotary body 150. When the rotary weight 152 is rotated around the support shaft 130, the magnetic material 180 of the rotary weight 152 interacts with the plurality of metal sheets 140.
  • the operations of the rotary body 150 and the metal sheets 140 are equal to that of the first embodiment. Furthermore, during the rotation of the rotary weight 152 by shaking the exercise device 100 with the grip 111, the exerciser exercises different muscle groups as the rotary weight 152 with the magnetic material 180 passes through areas in which the metal sheet 140 is placed, and when through areas in which no extending part 143 is placed. Thus, the exercise device 100 of the present invention increases efficiency of the exercise.
  • the present invention provides an exercise device with simplified internal construction, despite having a structure including therein a magnetic material and a metal sheet to interact with the magnetic material, so that manufacturing process thereof is simplified, thus reducing labor, parts and production costs.
  • the exercise device of the present invention has the simple internal structure, a size of the exercise device may be reduced. Thus, the exercise device has a good appearance.

Abstract

La présente invention a trait à un dispositif d'exercices permettant des exercices tels que l'étirement musculaire pour l'échauffement, l'exercice de finition ou un exercice léger dans un espace restreint. Le dispositif d'exercices comporte un corps principal qui est constitué d'une pluralité d'organes de fixation séparables avec une rainure pour l'engagement d'une tige de support au centre et avec une portion de préhension d'un côté, une tige de support qui s'engage dans la rainure, une feuille métallique est fixée dans le corps, et un corps rotatif qui coopère avec la feuille métallique sur l'extrémité du corps.
