Abstract

L'invention concerne des inhibiteurs de C-Raf, notamment des dérivés d'oxindole tels que la 5-iodo-3-[(3,5-dibromo-4-hydroxyphényl)méthylène]-2-indolinone, utiles pour prévenir ou inhiber la mort neuronale chez un mammifère atteint ou susceptible d'être atteint d'une maladie neurodégénérative, d'ischémie cérébrale, de lésions neuronales traumatiques, de pertes neuronales associées à l'épilepsie, de paralysie ou d'une lésion de la moelle épinière.
