Abstract

L'invention concerne des peptides ramifiés contenant au moins 11 résidus d'acides aminés correspondant à la structure au niveau du point de conjugaison de conjugués de protéines SUMO, telles que SUMO-1, avec des protéines qui sont des cibles de conjugaison avec les protéines SUMO. Lesdits peptides peuvent être utilisés afin de générer des anticorps qui réagissent de manière spécifique avec les conjugués de protéines cibles SUMO et pas avec la protéine SUMO non conjuguée ou la protéine cible non conjuguée. Lesdits anticorps peuvent être utilisés afin de détecter des maladies et afin de cribler des effecteurs qui activent ou inhibent la conjugaison ou la déconjugaison.
