Abstract

The invention relates to a cork-removing stopper for bottles. The inventive stopper comprises a cylindrical body (1) which is made from cork or a similar material. When the aforementioned body is mounted in a bottle (2), part thereof remains outside the bottle. The invention also comprises a rigid ring element (3) which is disposed on the above-mentioned body and which defines an internal screw thread. According to the invention, the internal screw thread is embedded in the material of the cylindrical body (1), such that a threaded connection is formed between the ring element (3) and the cylindrical body (1). In this way, the cylindrical body can be extracted from the bottle by rotating said ring element (3).
