Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de production de fractions contenant Bacosides A et B à partir de substances végétales de l'espèce Bacopa, par extraction, concentration et séparation. Selon ce procédé, lesdites substances végétales séchées sont soumises à une extraction alcoolique, hydroalcoolique ou aqueuse, et un concentré est produit à partir de l'extrait obtenu. La masse solide ainsi produite est lavée au moyen d'un solvant organique non polaire pour supprimer les matières grasses qu'elle renferme, puis soumise à une extraction à l'aide d'un solvant polaire organique. L'extrait obtenu au moyen dudit solvant est lavé pour supprimer les impuretés hydrosolubles qu'il contient, puis séché sous vide. La fraction obtenue, qui est enrichie en Bacosides A et B, est soumise de manière répétée à une séparation chromatographique et à une purification pour obtenir Bacoside A et Bacoside B.
