Abstract

Procédé de détection de bulles de gaz dans un liquide adapté à un dispositif comprenant une source de lumière (1), un détecteur de lumière (2) et une unité de commande et de traitement de l’information (6) reliée à un système client (8) comportant les étapes d’émission de la lumière depuis la source de lumière (1), d’acquisition des mesures successives de l’intensité lumineuse perçue par le détecteur de lumière (2) et de calcul d’une variation entre deux mesures successives de ladite intensité lumineuse. Selon un premier mode de réalisation de l’invention, le procédé comporte en outre une étape de comparaison de la variation entre deux mesures successives de l’intensité lumineuse à un seuil S. Avantageusement, un compteur alerte est incrémenté d’une valeur A quand la variation entre deux mesures successives est supérieure au seuil S et décrémenter d’une valeur B dans le cas contraire. Un taux de bulles supérieur à un taux maximum autorisé est détecté lorsque ledit compteur d’alerte dépasse une valeur d’alerte C. Selon un second mode de réalisation de l’invention, le procédé comporte en outre une étape de calcul d’une valeur moyenne des variations entre deux mesures successsives de l’intensité lumineuse. Le système client est averti de cette valeur moyenne proportionnelle au taux de bulles dans le liquide.
