Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé permettant de compenser le décalage de longueur d'ondes dans un émetteur laser à fibre optique. Ledit procédé comprend les étapes suivantes : a) réguler une température dans l'unité optoélectronique à un niveau défini ; 2) piloter l'unité optoélectronique pour émettre de la lumière, la lumière émise présentant une longueur d'ondes se trouvant dans un canal d'exploitation, ledit canal comprenant une plage de longueurs d'ondes centrée autour d'une longueur d'ondes centrale du canal ; 3) accéder depuis la mémoire dans l'unité optoélectronique, à une valeur de commande associée à la température de l'unité optoélectronique, en des points définis au sein de la durée de vie d'exploitation de l'unité optoélectronique ; et 4) recalculer le niveau défini par référence à la valeur de commande, une longueur d'ondes de l'unité optoélectronique étant maintenue dans le canal d'exploitation, en dépit d'un décalage attendu de longueur d'ondes.
