Abstract

L'invention concerne des procédés de vaccination de cellules dendritiques, modifiées par des vecteurs adénoviraux de recombinaison (rAds) exprimant des gènes HER2/neu tronqués. L'infection de cellules dendritiques par des vecteur adénoviraux de recombinaison augmente l'expression des marqueurs de maturation superficielle CD80, CD86, MHC-classe I, II, et CD40 des CD et les cancers spontanés du sein sont retardés ou empêchés par vaccination avec des cellules dendritiques génétiquement modifiées par des adénovirus de recombinaison exprimant un antigène de HER2/neu de non signalisation.
