  • Diclofenac sodium which is used in the pharmaceutical composition for the treatment of aphtous stomatitis, is existing in the concentration of 0,1 % - 10 % and triamcinolone acetonide is existing in the concentration of 0,001 % - 5 %. Furthermore, it includes methoxy polyethylene glycol or polyethylene glycol or the other derivatives , benzyl alcohol or ethyl alcohol or isopropyl alcohol, hyaluronic acid or cellulose derivative gel former agents or carbopol derivative gel formers as the excipients.

Abstract

Cette invention concerne une composition pharmaceutique comprenant de l'acétonide de triamcinolone, un corticostéroïde de puissance moyenne et du diclofénac sodique, un agent anti-inflammatoire non stéroïde comme ingrédients actifs, sous forme de gel. Dans le cadre de cette invention, le gel est utilisé pour soulager la douleur et pour le traitement d'érosions aiguës ou chronique de la membrane muqueuse buccale causées notamment par une stomatite aphteuse, une stomatite (dont une stomatite d'origine prothétique), un lichen plan associée à la membrane muqueuse buccale ou des lésions provoquées par une prothèse.
