Abstract

Cette invention concerne une prothèse pour pénis à implanter chirugicalement, comprenant un élément prothétique apical (1) à implanter comme tampon dans une zone située sous le gland, entre la surface distale du corps caverneux (2) et le gland (3), un tel élément prothétique apical (1) étant d'une taille et d'une forme telles qu'il procure, après implantation, une augmentation globale du volume du gland sans altérations sensibles de la forme anatomique type du gland lui-même. Cette prothèse peut être associée à une prothèse péricaverneuse (non représentée) composée de deux éléments prothétiques péricaverneux disposés latéralement et se faisant face, hors du corps caverneux (2) et sur toute la longueur (5) du pénis. The two pericavernous prosthetic elements are of substantially semi-cylindrical shape or either have the shape of a cylindrical segment of reduced height, or else have a cross-section in the shape of a crescent.
