Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Gerät zum Muskelaufbau und Fitnesstraining, bei dem über ein Gestänge, eine Kette, einen Riemen oder sonstige Transmissionselemente die Kraft vom Körper des Trainierenden auf einen Zylinder übertragen wird, der mit einer Flüssigkeit gefüllt ist und eine Flüssigkeitssäule in einem Steigrohr anhebt, so dass über den gesamten Bewegungsweg eine konstante Gegenkraft erzeugt wird, die weitgehend unabhängig von der Bewegungsgeschwindigkeit oder -beschleunigung ist und die in einer besonderen Ausführung eine Gegenkraft in beide Bewegungsrichtung ermöglicht.
