Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Verpackungsmaschine mit mindestens einer Formstation zum Formen von Verpackungsmulden aus einer Folie, einer Schneidstation zum Zerschneiden der Folie zwischen den Verpackungsmulden, einer Füllstation zum Befüllen der Verpackungsmulde mit Verpackungsgut und einer Siegel-/Schneid-Station zum Siegeln der Verpackung mit einer Deckelfolie und Schneiden der Deckelfolie.The present invention relates to a packaging machine with at least one molding station for forming packaging trays from a film, a cutting station for cutting the film between the packaging trays, a filling station for filling the packaging tray with packaging material and a sealing / cutting station for sealing the packaging with a Cover film and cutting the cover film.

Es war für den Fachmann überaus erstaunlich, daß es mit dieser Vorrichtung gelingt, eine sehr flexible und einfache Verpackungsmaschine zur Verfügung zu stellen. Dadurch, daß die Verpackungsmulden online geformt werden, müssen diese nicht vorgehalten werden und es kann deren Form einfach durch Auswechseln der Werkzeuge in der Formstation verändert werden. Die erfindungsgemäße Verpackungsmaschine ist einfach und kostengünstig herzustellen. In einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform weist die erfindungsgemäße Verpackungsmaschine eine erste und eine zweite parallel laufende Linie auf, auf denen dieselben oder unterschiedliche Verpackungen hergestellt werden können. Diese Ausführungsform hat insbesondere den Vorteil, daß sie sehr flexibel ist. Je nach Auslassungsgrad können sehr viele Verpackungen einer Sorte oder unterschiedliche Verpackungen auf der jeweiligen Linie hergestellt werden. Es können auf den einzelnen Verpackungslinien sogar unterschiedliche Verpackungmaterialien je nach Anwendungsfall eingesetzt werden. Bei einem Werkzeugwechsel auf einer Linie läuft die andere Linie weiter, so daß es nie zu einem völligen Stillstand der erfindungsgemäßen Verpackungsmaschine kommt.It was extremely surprising to the person skilled in the art that this device succeeds in providing a very flexible and simple packaging machine. Figur 1 zeigt eine Seitenansicht der erfindungsgemäßen Verpackungsmaschine 1. Von einer Folienrolle wird die Folie 11 in die Formstation 2 transportiert, dort erhitzt und mit dem Formwerkzeug 9 zu einer Verpackungsmulde, dem sogenannten Tray tiefgezogen. In dem vorliegenden Fall beinhaltet das Formwerkzeug auch eine Schneidvorrichtung, mit der die Verpackungsmulden 10 aus dem Folienband 11 ausgeschnitten werden. Das restliche Folienband 11 wird mit der Restgitteraufwicklung 13 aufgewickelt. Die so gefertigten Verpackungsmulden werden mit dem Transportband 14 in die Befüllstation 4 transportiert und dort mit Verpackungsgut befüllt. Die befüllten Verpackungsmulden werden dann in der Evakuier- und Siegelstation mit der Deckelfolie 12 geschlossen, indem diese auf die Verpackungsmulde 10 gesiegelt wird. In dem Siegelwerkzeug 15 ist ein Schneidsystem integriert, das die fertige Packung aus der Deckelfolie 12 ausschneidet. Die übrig bleibende Deckelfolie wird mit der Restgitteraufwicklung 16 aufgewickelt. Die fertige Verpackung wird mit dem Austragband 17 wegtransportiert. Der Fachmann weiß, daß kurz vor dem Siegeln die Gasatmosphäre in der befüllten Verpackung evakuiert und ggf. durch ein Inertgas ersetzt werden kann.FIG. 1 shows a side view of the packaging machine 1 according to the invention. In den Figuren 3 bis 5 ist die erfindungsgemäße Verpackungsmaschine schematisch in unterschiedlichen Konfigurationen dargestellt. Figur 3 zeigt eine Konfiguration, in der auf beiden Linien 6, 7 dieselbe Verpackungsmulde und damit dieselbe Verpackung hergestellt wird. Figur 4 zeigt eine Konfiguration, in der auf den Linien 6 und 7 unterschiedliche Verpackungen hergestellt werden. Figur 8 zeigt eine Konfiguration, in der die Formstation der Linie 7 nicht zum Einsatz kommt. Dafür werden mit einem Entstapler 8 vorgefertigte Verpackungsmulden auf das Transportband 14 gelegt und dort befüllt. Die Linie 6 funktioniert so wie zuvor beschrieben. Insbesondere die Ausführungsform gemäß Figur 5 zeigt die große Flexibilität der erfindungsgemäßen Verpackungsmaschine. Es können sowohl unterschiedliche Verpackungen insgesamt auf der Verpackungsmaschine hergestellt werden als auch nur vorgefertigte Verpackungsmulden zu fertigen Verpackungen komplettiert werden.
