Abstract

La présente invention a pour objet de nouveaux dérivés de l'artémisinine, de formule générale (I), dans laquelle : a et b représentent une simple ou une double liaison; n1 et n2 représentent 0 ou 1; R1 représente un groupe fluoroalkyle, ou un groupe fluoroaryle; R2 représente un atome d'hydrogène, ou un atome d'halogène, ou un groupe, le cas échéant ionisable, permettant de rendre lesdits composés de formule (I) solubles dans l'eau; R3 représente un groupe, le cas échéant ionisable, permettant de rendre lesdits composés de formule (I) solubles dans l'eau; R4 représente H ou OH. L'invention concerne également leur procéde d'obtention, et leurs utilisations dans des compositions pharmaceutiques destinées au traitement du paludisme.
