Abstract

The present invention provides an enclosure (10) for pizza, the enclosure (10) being of ovenable material and adapted for exposure to a source of heating energy, in which the enclosure includes a lower surface (11) adapted to support pizza and an upper surface (13) adapted to cover a pizza, the enclosure (10) including one or more openable vents (17, 18, 19, 20, 21) in said lower surface (11), wherein said one or more vents (17, 18, 19, 20, 21) are covered, in use, by a pizza supported on the lower surface (11).
