Abstract

L'invention concerne un système compact permettant une distribution régulée efficace d'une eau présentant une concentration élevée et constante d'ozone dissous. Ce système de distribution comprend un concentrateur d'oxygène et un générateur d'ozone, l'ozone gazeux produit étant injecté dans un courant d'eau recirculée. La boucle de recirculation d'eau comprend une boucle de mélange et un réservoir de mélange assurant une turbulence et un temps de séjour suffisants pour obtenir une concentration élevée, constante et continue d'ozone dissous dans l'eau. Ledit système comprend également des commandes automatisées destinées à maintenir une concentration et un débit souhaités, ainsi qu'un dispositif de surveillance d'ozone permettant de protéger les opérateurs contre une exposition à des niveaux dangereux de vapeurs d'ozone gazeux. Ce système est utile pour nettoyer des produits en vue d'en extraire les contaminants et pour décontaminer des surfaces susceptibles d'avoir été exposées à des agents biologiques ou chimiques.
