Abstract

La présente invention porte sur un procédé de combustion de déchets de bois et de récupération de la chaleur ainsi produite, sur un dispositif de mise en oeuvre de ce procédé, lequel dispositif comprend une chambre de combustion, ainsi que sur un procédé de revêtement. Cette invention relève du domaine de la thermotechnique et peut être utilisée pour la combustion d'un combustible humide, et plus précisément de déchets provenant de l'industrie du bois traités à la vapeur. Les procédés et dispositifs de la présente invention permettent d'une part d'utiliser efficacement les déchets de l'industrie du bois sans qu'un traitement préalable de ces déchets soit requis, lesquels sont acheminés directement par un convoyeur, et d'autre part d'emmagasiner efficacement la chaleur pour qu'elle soit utilisée tant par les particuliers que par les entreprises. Ce procédé de combustion consiste à organiser les flux de gaz inverses circulant successivement dans les conduits de l'économiseur, à la fois du caloporteur et de l'échangeur de chaleur, lesquels font partie intégrante du générateur de chaleur, lequel comprend également une chambre de combustion et une zone de revanche dont les parois intérieures, composées de métal, sont revêtues d'un matériau d'isolation thermique appliqué d'une manière prédéfinie.
