Abstract

L'invention concerne une cathode d'électrolyse pouvant être raccordée à une source de courant avec au moins une anode dans un bain galvanique destiné à la mise en oeuvre d'une électrolyse galvanique. La cathode d'électrolyse selon l'invention est constituée d'un support transversal pouvant être disposé au dessus du bain galvanique de manière à être relié électriquement à au moins une ligne d'alimentation, et d'une cathode métallique pouvant être immergée dans le bain galvanique. La tôle de cathode est pourvue d'un sens de laminage essentiellement parallèle à un axe longitudinal du support transversal.
