Abstract
L'invention a pour objet de résoudre un problème de blocage ou d'accrochage d'un matériau brut même en cas de traitement à petite échelle, de faciliter la formation d'une couche unique dudit matériau brut sur le creuset, d'assurer une alimentation uniforme sur la largeur de ce creuset, de réduire les différences de température dans les positions du matériau brut, d'obtenir une vitesse de réduction sensiblement constante, d'améliorer la productivité et de satisfaire à des conditions particulières. A cet effet, une extrémité de dispositif de chargement est fixée à un corps de châssis tandis que l'autre extrémité est formée d'une ouverture définie par connexion d'une pluralité de lignes continues droites ou incurvées, ces lignes reliant successivement les intersections entre les largeurs de lignes imaginaires divisant la surface du creuset et des parallèles aux lignes droites dans le sens de déplacement du matériau brut dans le dispositif de chargement. De préférence, un outil de nivelage destiné à niveler le matériau brut est installé entre le corps de châssis du dispositif de chargement et l'extrémité ouverte d'une plaque inférieure. Puis, ce dispositif de chargement est incliné selon un angle égal ou supérieur à l'angle de glissement du matériau brut ou disposé selon un angle inférieur à l'angle de glissement et installé.
