Abstract

La présente invention concerne une composition pharmaceutique destinée à l'absorption par voie percutanée. Ladite composition comprend (a) un dérivé d'imidazopyridine fondu représenté par la formule générale (I) et (b) un acide gras présentant de 8 à 12 atomes de carbone tels qu'un acide undécylénique, un acide valproïque, un acide caprique ou un acide laurique et présente d'excellentes propriétés d'absorbabilité des principes actifs. Dans ladite formule (I), R représente aryle ou un groupe hétérocyclique aromatique ; et A représente un groupe alicyclique présentant de 5 à 9 éléments qui peut contenir un ou plusieurs éléments sélectionnés parmi O, S, SO, SO2, et NR1 (où R1 représente hydrogène, alkyle, carboxyle estérifié, carbamoyle ou acyle) et peut être substitué par alkyle.
