Abstract

Disclosed are DNA sequences comprising the genome of a tumor-associated TT virus or fragments thereof. The invention also relates to proteins coded by said DNA sequences, antibodies directed at said proteins, ribozomes directed at MRNAs, antisense RNAs and the use thereof in diagnosis and therapy. The invention also relates to kits containing suitable reagents for diagnosis, e.g. kits containing antibodies.
