Abstract

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft in einem Aspekt ein allosterisch regulierbares Hairpin-Ribozym. ln einem zweiten Aspekt betrifft die Erfindung ein Polynukleotid umfassend ein Hairpin-Ribozym, wobei das Hairpin-Ribozym mindestens eine substratbindende Domäne A und eine Domäne B umfasst, wobei bei Kontakt der Domäne B mit der Domäne A die katalytische Aktivität begründet wird und zwischen Domäne A und Domäne B eine Domäne C angeordnet ist, wobei die Domäne C die Domänen A und B verbindet und eine ein Zielmolekül bindende Nukleinsäure umfasst. ln einem dritten Aspekt betrifft die Erfindung ein Polynukleotid umfassend ein Hairpin-Ribozym, wobei das Hairpin-Ribozym mindestens eine substratbindende Domäne A und eine katalytische Domäne B umfasst, wobei bei Kontakt der Domäne B mit der Domäne A die katalytische Aktivität begründet wird, wobei zwischen Domäne A und Domäne B eine Domäne C angeordnet ist und die Domäne C die Domänen A und B verbindet und eine zu einer ein Zielmolekül bindenden Nukleinsäure zumindest teilweise komplementäre Nukleinsäure umfasst.
