Abstract

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein verbessertes Verfahren zur massenspektrometrischen Analyse, insbesondere zur Matrix-unterstützten Laser-Desorptions/Ionisations-Flugzeit-Massenspektrometrie (MALDI-TOF-MS), unter Verwendung von Nanopartikeln, wobei ein Analyt einer Nanopartikelsuspension zugesetzt wird und die den gebundenen Analyten enthaltende Suspension dann direkt auf einem MALDI-Probenträger abgeschieden und massenspektrometrisch untersucht wird, sowie für dieses Verfahren geeignete Nanopartikel.
