Description

THE HAT TO BE NO MARK ON FOREHEAD AND HAIR
TECHNICAL FIELD
The present invention relates to a hat designed not to press on the forehead and hair, having easily controllable supports that provide the hat with sufficient space that prevents it from reaching the forehead, and having protrusions and swabs that touch the scalp only. As a result, the hat provides a well-ventilated and comfortable condition when worn and prevents make-up from being removed.
BACKGROUND ART
In the conventional inner-brim of hat for preventing depilation and compression of hair (Korean Utility Model Publication No.86-491), the protrusions of the same height are got into line and a contact portion of the same height with the protrusions is made on the portion in contact with the forehead.
However, it had problems in practical use in that some protrusions and contact portions could not play an important role in accomplishing the intended function.
The present invention comprises protrusions and swabs that contact only the scalp, thereby providing space between the hat and the forehead.
DISCLOSURE OF THE INVENTION
Accordingly, the present invention, taking the above circumstances into consideration, has the objective of providing a hat to be no mark on forehead and hair, wherein the hat comprises an inner-brim which provides space between the hat and the forehead, and supports (80) installed in the center of the inner-brim, which hold up the hat and lessen the pressure on the scalp caused by swabs (100) of the protrusions. In order to accomplish the above objective, the present invention provides a hat to be no mark on forehead, comprising mainly of: an elastic inner-brim that provides space for preventing the front portion from getting in contact with the forehead; and two and four supports installed on the side and rear portion of the inner-brim, respectively, the position of which are adjustable according the shape of the head. In particular, the elasticity of the inner-brim of the hat makes it possible to control four supports installed on both sides so that the hat does not press on the forehead when worn. Two auxiliary supports on the rear portion prevent the hair from being held down.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS
The above objects, features and other advantages of the present invention will be more clearly understood from the following detailed description taken in conjunction with the accompanying drawings, in which:
Fig. 1 is a perspective view of an exemplary illustration according to the present invention;
Fig. 2a is a sectional view of portion A in Fig. 1 ;
Fig. 2b is a sectional view of other illustration of Fig. 2a;
Fig. 3 is a sectional view of line A- A' in Fig. 1;
Fig. 4 is a perspective view of other illustration according to the present invention;
Fig. 5 is a magnified cross-sectional view of portion B in Fig. 4;
Fig. 6 is a perspective view of another illustration ofthe present invention;
Fig. 7 is a sectional view of portion C in Fig. 6.
BEST MODES FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, the exemplary illustrations of the present invention are described in detail with reference to accompanying drawings. As described in Fig. 1 to Fig. 3, the inner-brim (10) of the hat to be no mark on forehead and hair is constructed to provide space (20) in front of the forehead, while the inner-brim has four supports on the inner surface, composed of swabs and protrusions for the purpose of contacting only the scalp, and has two supports on both sides in the rear. The center portion ofthe inner-brim is movable according to the shape of the head. The tip of the protrusion is covered and fixed with swab made of soft materials. To diminish the impetus to the scalp, rubber sponges (170) are furnished beneath the supports (80).
Moreover, in the present invention the swab (100) with a built-in magnet (100-1) has the function of digital compression and of improving the circulation of the blood, and the tip ofthe protrusion (70) can be covered with a material similar to the swab. The protrusion can be substituted by a material that serves both as a protrusion (70) and as a swab (100).
Also, one support (80) has four protrusions (70), which is placed on the inner surface of the inner-brim and play the role of holding up the center. Two supports on the rear are laid on the auxiliary inner-brim (160), which is sewed on to the whole or part ofthe rear surface ofthe hat, maintaining a space of 10 m/m.
As an example, in the type of sun-cap the supports are placed only four portions on the inner-brim and in all types of hats except the sun-cap the auxiliary inner-brim ( 160) is utilized.
Instead of setting the supports with built-in protrusions on the auxiliary inner-brim, from the beginning the protrusion can be combined with it.
As another illustration of the present invention described in Fig. 4 and Fig. 5, the sports cap has a bent eyeshade (130) in the shape of a crescent, without the inner-brim on the portion of forehead and the bent eyeshade can play the part of the inner-brim (10) owing to its elasticity. That is to say, the bent eyeshade can play the role of the inner-brim after the series of processes; making binding portions (110-1) and binding holes (90-1) on the side end (140) of the eyeshade (130); binding the end (140) of the eyeshade with side-brim by inserting binding protrusions (110) on the side-brim (30) into the binding portions (110-1); and binding protrusions (90) on the supports (80) into the side-brim and the binding hole on the end ofthe eyeshade.
As described in Fig. 6, after the pedestal (50) of 30 m/m or so having two lines of dented portion (40) on the surface in four portions is sewed on the side face of the hat except the forehead portion and the auxiliary inner-brim, the inner-brim can be fixed by inserting the swollen portion (40-1) ofthe inner-brim into the dented portion (40). The dented portion of velcro (60) can then substitute for the pedestal having the dented portion and the swollen portion of velcro (60-1) for the swollen portion (40-1) ofthe inner-brim. Fig. 7 describes other illustration of the support (80) of the present invention. The dented portion of velcro (60) is stuck to the point of supports on the surface of the inner-brim and the swollen portion of velcro (60-1) is bonded beneath the rubber sponge (170) of the support, therefore a condition the same as inserting the binding protrusion (90) into the binding hole (90-1) can be formed. Furthermore, the inner-brim having a space portion (20) and protrusion (70) can be built in, and the tip of the protrusion can be covered with swab or other materials having the same shape and function, while swab or other similar things can be bonded with the inner-brim.
The present invention is described in detail with reference to exemplary illustrations, but by no means limited by the above illustrations. And present invention ranges over the slightly modified inventions compared with it.
INDUSTRIAL APPLICABILITY
As described above, the present invention provides a hat to be no mark on forehead and hair that does not press too strongly on the hair, and particularly on the forehead, and that has the effect of not leaving marks on the forehead and hair. The present invention has the especial effect of not removing make-up, and preventing discomfort and falling-out of hair by providing good ventilation, and does not give the feeling of compression and stuffiness when worn. Therefore, the present invention can be utilized broadly in the hat manufacturing field all over the world.
