Abstract

A positive electrode plate (11) and a negative electrode plate (12) are wound flat so that positive electrode lamination surfaces (22a−22e) and negative electrode lamination surfaces (23a−23f) are alternately laminated on each other via a separator. Positional deviation detection holes (41a, 41b, 42, 43 and 44) are opened in the positive electrode lamination surfaces (22a and 22b) and the negative electrode lamination surface (23a) facing each other at the winding start and the positive electrode lamination surface (22e) and the negative electrode lamination surface (23f) facing each other at the winding end, respectively, and the positional deviation is detected from the deviation of the hole position by inspecting the wound electrode plate groups by X−rays.
