Description

Universal locking- and dosing unit for bottles and like
The invention relate to a locking-and a dosing unit for bottles, where one in the same time also want an arrangement, which immediately or direct shall be able to be used by emptying of a bottle or a boiler over in one another or like. And just without that one got a risk for spilling by this operation.
Hitherto it is known to have pouring arrangements, as an example shown in US patent no. 6.260.590. Where one only have shown a funnel arrangement or an emptying arrangement, which should fit to a large wide of boilers with different openings or outflow -sprouts.
The disadvantages by this system is for the first that the system or the unit is very large or long, because one by the shown construction want that it shall fit to more different sizes openings or sprouts of bottles
Another essential disadvantages is also that one outer on the pouring arrangement have laid some along -going ribs, which so again caused that a liquid here could run out along these.
A third disadvantage is also that the system do not fit for a permanent mounting, because the liquid or the contents would be able to evaporate along the ribs. And overturn the bottle then will the liquid or this there are in it also be able to run out.
The another solution above-mentioned US patent document shows, with a long conical funnel, with internal conical thread, is also a problematic solution.
The system will be very unstable in its fixing arrangement by the existing outer thread on the bottle. Why this bottle possibly will be able to loos it self under the pouring operation. Where the weight and the movement of the liquid out-flowing in itself will cause that one shall hold extra tight on the arrangement, for this do not loosen itself, and by this cause that the emptying liquid or the fluid medium run beside.
None of above-mentioned solutions are universal and can be use in the same time as normally dosing-and closing organ.
Hitherto have one also known emptying arrangements as an examples mentioned in the German patent document no. DE 195 43 227, where there here are shown a pipe part with inner thread, which fit on identical bottles.
The disadvantages by this system is, that one shall screw or twist the arrangement on both bottles, both the empty one as the filled one. And after this can one turn the bottle, which have to be emptyied. When one after this shall dismounted the arrangement, then will the threads in the empty-arrangement or the unit itself inevitable be filled with rests of the material of the contents or the liquid from the bottle, which so following have to be tried to be cleaned, because of the empty arrangement next time have to be able to be screwed or twisted on, without any problems. The problems with the German arrangement contra our invention is that the German arrangement is very difficult to be or have hold hygiene clean, in such a way that the empty arrangement the following time again and again without problems will be able to be used as articles for food. Opposite our system according to the invention and the design, where this namely is very easy and simple to be or have hold clean from time to time.
Another essential disadvantages by the system is also, when it has to be used as dosing arrangement, with an extra unit screwed on the empty arrangement, so that the arrangement now content of two separate parts. Which for the first means that the arrangement itself now will be double so expensive, as if this only contents of one part. For this purpose shall further be counted that the two separate parts for that matter shall be mounted in the other. Why the expense for the system would further be raised, namely in such a way that the arrangement now will cost the treble of, what a system content of one single part will cost. And in this is of course not counted the finally montage on the actually bottles, which respectively shall be emptied as be filled.
With the invention one want provided an universal dosing-as empty unit, which is easy to mount, especially on generally identical bottles/boilers. And where the empty unit in size, function as design fit for a permanent mounting as an usually dosing-and locking arrangement on the bottles/ boilers. And where the optimum form or design of the outer/inner of the empty-unit course that the arrangement mounted on the bottles, and by respectively the emptying/ filling and standing and in rest course that there do not will be spilled. Even if the coupled bottles should overturn.
The new is that the locking -and the dosing unit consist of an external fixing arrangement as an example via a tread arrangement or like, for the one bottle. And where this or the "locking-unit" or the "empty-unit" after this is going to a plain cylindrical guiding piece or part, which generally fit on diameter in the inner on the other pouring nose of the bottle. And after this following on the emptying-arrangement a mini funnel arrangement, which generally first start after the guiding-and holding piece or part.
And after this finally a supplying dosing pipe or nose arrangement, which in the same time also can work as a closing output, establish on this or here, as an example via a lit, a plug or a like arrangement.
The way of the working of the above-mentioned invention consist of that the integrated locking has been used both for an easy unproblematic emptying from a boiler to another, and specially when these are identical. And here without any risk for that there by this normally critical operation has to be drop or spilled at the side with the contents.
In the same time has the same locking been used mounted in the same position also for an ideally normally use of the contents of the bottle or the boiler by as an example dosing of oil, remoulade, ketchup, liquid soap and so.
One obtain by this that the locking arrangement for the first will be universal. Both as a daily dosing organ, as it also can be used as an integrated emptying arrangement from specially one bottle to another. And here specific for this operation without that one have or got a risk for spilling under this manoeuvre. According to that one by this specially construction obtain to get a tight and a stable coupling. An arrangement of coupling, which following is very easy to disconnect , when one have made or done the emptying operation between two boilers.
The new is also that the locking and dosing unit for the end of the cylindrical piece, and especially by the crossing to the funnel, alternative can have established a rim - and holding arrangement, which work as length -and a holding stop. And where the length -and holding stop in diameter is bigger than the cylindrical piece. But where it in the same time is pointing in the same direction and on the same side as the funnel arrangement, and as an example in an ideal embodiment, where it is a part of the funnel itself.
One obtain by this that the arrangement both can lock the two bottles together in such a way, that they would not split or go from each other, when one emptying the contents from one bottle to another. In addition to that one obtain that the bottles reasonable easy will be able to be split, as an example, if the two bottles are made of soft material as soft plastic. Which often is the case, when one have the bottles there have to be squeeze together to be able to give a dosing of the contents. As the recess and the opening of the bottle mutual will be able to give, so that it allow an easy separation of the two bottles. The new technique is further that the belonging bottles ideally for an optimum holding function of the locking arrangement can have a conical piece from the top of the boiler to the opening or the outlet of the bottle. Where the passage can go from the cylindrical lower outlet to the top of the inner side of the bottle cone without generally any recess of crossing or passage.
Alternative, where the gathering of the outlet opening in the bottle, which is cylindrical, and where the top of the cone then even could make a lesser recess rim for fixing of the empty unit itself, when the bottles are couple together for emptying.
One obtain by this, for the first issue with conical passage direct from the cylindrical opening of the bottle, that the coupling recess on the locking as earlier mentioned will course that the unit now automatically continuous will be drawn into the bottle itself for extra fixing.
As the expanding of the cone inside the bottle will cause this.
Opposite one obtain also with this construction of the bottles that "the locking" following will be easier to separate from the bottle.
One obtain with the other issue, where one have made a plateau from the crossing of the top of the cone of the bottle to the lower part of the cylindrical opening of the bottle, that the recess or the rim on the locking will be able to rest or make stop or a length limiting via or on the plateau.
The invention shall after this be explain nearer according to the drawing, where
Fig.1 shown a bottle 5 with contents , where the bottle 5 is equipped with a locking- and a dosing unit 1. And where in the same time the bottle 5 itself is closed with a lit 11 on the opening of the dosing arrangement itself 12. Fig.2 shown two bottles 5 and 7 there are couple together with a locking -and a dosing unit 1. As the emptying bottle 5 has a outer mountings 3 via a thread 3 or like. And where the receiving bottle 7 has a inner mountings 9, so that these arrangement 3, 9, 2 and 12 just via the locking- and dosing unit 1 obtain a perfect emptying, without that the contents 6 will be able to be spilled. And without that the bottles 5 and 7 by an accident will be able to be split.
In the same time one obtain, as earlier mentioned, that the same arrangement 1 can be re-used as a normally dosing arrangement 1 , when the bottles 5 daily shall be used.
