Eine Übersicht über diese Bandzug- und Massenflußregelung mittels der Tänzerrollen 6, 7 im Einlauf- und im Auslaufbereich (4, 5) eines Kaltwalzgerüstes 1 zeigt Fig. 3. Aus dem Soll-Banddickenverlauf wird die Änderung der Einlaufgeschwindigkeit des Bandes in das Walzgerüst berechnet sowie die hierfür notwendige Bandzugregelung zur Aufrechterhaltung eines konstanten Bandzugs. Aufgrund der Mas- senflußkompensation kann der Einlaufzug weiterhin beruhigt werden. Zusätzlich werden die Werte für den Soll-Banddickenverlauf einem Dickenregler aufgegeben, der mit Hilfe von Ist-Banddickenwerten, die einlauf- und auslaufseitig abgegriffen werden, Korrekturwerte für die Banddicke berechnet und diese Korrekturwerte an einen Positionsregler weitergibt, der die Walzspalteinstellung im Kaltwalzgerüst regelt. 4, the strip thickness control in flexible rolling is shown.
