Abstract

L'invention concerne un disque artificiel comportant au moins une plaque présentant un élément de contact corporel vertébral comprenant un filet métallique formant un dôme, s'étendant de manière convexe à partir de la plaque. Dans des modes de réalisation préférés, le filet métallique est constitué de titane, et est soudé au laser à la plaque le long de son périmètre, et un revêtement poreux étant situé sous ce filet métallique. Ce filet métallique peut être reformé de manière déformable, par le biais de contraintes anatomiques, de sorte à être défléchi de manière à épouser une surface concave d'une plaque d'extrémité corporelle vertébrale, afin de s'engager solidement sur la plaque d'extrémité.
