Abstract

L'invention concerne un moteur à collecteur (1) à carter (3) cylindrique, aisé à monter et à adapter à différentes configurations extérieures de connexions d'alimentation et/ou à différents équipements en composants de la plaque porte-balais (41), ladite plaque porte-balais (41) ayant sinon des composants identiques. Selon l'invention, ledit moteur à collecteur est obtenu par le fait qu'une platine de retenue (42) pour des éléments de commande, des sectionneurs de puissance et/ou d'autres composants électriques ou électroniques est placée, pour un ou plusieurs moteurs, dans l'espace de montage (4), délimité par le collecteur (35), l'enroulement de rotor (45), le carter du moteur (3) et par le flasque (17) fermant la face avant ouverte (13) du carter de moteur (3). L'utilisation universelle du moteur à collecteur (1) selon l'invention est rendue possible par intégration de l'unité électronique de commande et de puissance pour un ou plusieurs moteurs à collecteur dans un carter de moteur (3) d'ores et déjà existant, sans requérir de modifications de construction plus conséquentes. L'invention permet également d'assurer à tout moment une adaptation rapide du moteur à collecteur (1) à différentes exigences en matière de puissance et à différentes conditions d'utilisation, comme dans le domaine de l'automobile, comme moteur d'entraînement pour ventilateurs de refroidisseurs et/ou comme soufflantes de chauffage. La chaleur produite, par le rotor (11) et le composant électronique, peut être évacuée de manière fiable sans composant particulier supplémentaire.
