Abstract

L'invention concerne une pluralité de matériaux de tribochargement négatif non classique utilisables comme surfaces de contact avec la poudre dans des pulvérisateurs de tribochargement et des pulvérisateurs à effet corona; des composants de pulvérisateurs et des composants d'un système de pulvérisation de poudres. L'invention concerne aussi un pulvérisateur de poudres de tribochargement à canon court présentant un insert et une buse de contact avec la poudre interchangeables, avec jets d'air induits par une turbulence. L'invention concerne également de nouvelles conceptions de pulvérisateurs de tribochargement ou à effet corona, ainsi que des systèmes de poudrage dans lesquels des pulvérisateurs de tribochargement négatif, par exemple, peuvent être utilisés avec des pulvérisateurs à effet corona négatif pour traiter des parties différentes d'une même pièce à usiner dans un système de poudrage. L'invention concerne en outre une configuration centrifuge dans laquelle de l'air sous pression dirige le matériau de poudrage vers l'extérieur sur une surface de chargement. Des configurations supplémentaires appliquent un tribochargement par jet d'air et des parties de tribochargement classiques combinés dans un seul pulvérisateur.
