Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé pour pyrolyser et gazéifier des mélanges de matières à composants organiques. Les matières organiques ou le mélange de matières à composants organiques sont mis en contact avec un caloporteur, de préférence de la cendre d'un réacteur à combustion, et ils sont pyrolysés dans un réacteur de pyrolyse, de préférence un réacteur à cuve. Le coke de pyrolyse ainsi obtenu est brûlé dans un réacteur de combustion, de préférence un réacteur à lit fluidisé, avec apport d'air. Les éléments condensables du gaz brut généré par la pyrolyse sont craqués dans un réacteur de craquage, de préférence un catalyseur. Afin de perfectionner ce procédé, le caloporteur est transporté par de la vapeur d'eau (50) surchauffée servant de milieu de fluidification.
