Abstract

La présente invention concerne une machine de moulage par transfert (10) comprenant une plaque de moule à injection (12). La plaque de moule à injection comprend des broches d'éjection (22,24) destinées à éjecter le culot dans une première direction (40). Chacune des broches d'éjection (22,24) possède une butée de carotte (50) munie d'une entaille (52). L'entaille est orientée de façon à permettre l'expulsion du culot dans une seconde direction (54), sensiblement perpendiculaire à la première direction (40) et s'éloignant de la butée de carotte (50). L'invention se rapporte à un procédé (100) de retrait du culot par la machine de moulage par transfert (10) après durcissement d'un moulage selon lequel le culot est enlevé de la machine de moulage par transfert (10) à l'aide d'une barre mobile (200) munie d'ergots (202).
