Abstract

L'invention concerne un rotor (102) destiné à une machine électromagnétique, présentant une tige centrale (100), des pôles magnétiques (114) et des substances de remplissage (108) situées entre les pôles magnétiques (114). Lesdites substances de remplissage (108) sont fabriquées dans une matière solide et/ou rigide. Ledit pôle magnétique (114) et les substance de remplissage sont retenus en position sur ladite tige centrale (100) au moyen d'un manchon (130) de retenue en fibre de carbone. Un manchon de retenue (44) est préformé sur un corps (52) cylindrique préformé, lequel présente un diamètre D1 inférieur au diamètre D2 du corps de rotor (10). Ledit manchon (44) est allongé par pression hydraulique puis il est placé sur le corps de rotor (10). La pression hydraulique est ensuite retirée.
