Abstract

Gegenstand der Erfindung ist ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von Emulsionen vom Typ Ölin-Wasser, umfassend eine Wasserphase und eine Ölphase, welche im wesentlichen aus schwerflüchtigen Bestandteilen zusammengesetzt ist, enthaltend mindestens einen Ölin-Wasser Emulgator und gegebenfalls einen W/O-Emulgator und mindestens einen Vernetzer, sowie gegebenenfalls Hilfs- Zusatz- und/oder Wirkstoffe, d) erhältlich auf die Weise, dass die Wasserphase mit ihren Bestandteilen zu der Ölphase mit ihren Bestandteilen, dem O/W-Emulgator und gegebenfalls dem W/O-Emulgator gegeben wird, und wobei ein Vernetzer oder mehrere Vernetzer in die Wasserphase oder die Ölphase oder in beide Phasen gegeben werden, wobei sich ein Viskositätsanstieg ergibt und vernetzte O/W-Emulsionen erhalten werden, e) erhältlich auf die Weise, dass man das Gemisch auf eine Temperatur innerhalb oder ausserhalb des Phaseninversionstemperaturbereichs bringt und danach auf Raumtemperatur abkühlt, wobei sich ein Viskositätsanstieg ergibt und vernetzte O/W-Emulsionen erhalten werden, f) oder dadurch erhältlich, dass der Vernetzter nachträglich einer niedrigviskosen O/W-Emulsion zugesetzt wird und eine vernetzte O/W-Emulsion erhalten wird.
