Abstract

The invention relates to an elbow rest for vehicle doors comprising at least one attaching means for joining it to the vehicle door and at least one supporting surface for an elbow. The invention is characterized in that the elbow rest (10) has at least one attaching means (20), which can placed, at least in sections, inside a window channel (41) provided for accommodating a vehicle window pane (40). The attaching means (20) can be squeezed between the glass pane (40) and the inner wall (42) of a window channel (41) or can be suspended in a projection on the upper edge of the window channel (41).
