Abstract

L'invention concerne un mixeur comprenant un corps principal (10) équipé d'un moteur et d'un élément d'entraînement (11) situé au milieu de la surface supérieure du corps principal. Le mixeur comprend également un élément d'assemblage (20) conçu pour être placé sur la partie supérieure du corps principal, équipé d'un élément entraîné (21) situé au centre de la partie inférieure de l'élément d'assemblage, destiné à entrer en prise avec l'élément d'entraînement (11). Le mixeur comprend également une lame (23) conçue pour broyer ou pour mélanger les aliments, montée sur l'extrémité supérieure d'un arbre tournant qui s'étend vers le haut depuis l'élément entraîné, ainsi qu'un écran thermique (22) monté sur la partie inférieure de l'élément d'assemblage, servant à répartir la chaleur dégagée par l'élément d'entraînement (11) vers les bords de l'appareil. Le mixeur comprend également un bouchon mesureur (30) conçu pour entrer en prise avec l'élément d'assemblage, pourvu d'une structure de verrouillage qui permet de verrouiller le bouchon mesureur sur le corps principal.
