Abstract

La présente invention concerne la mise en contact électrique d'un produit plat dans des installations électrolytiques continues. Elle concerne en particulier le traitement électrochimique de cartes de circuits imprimés et de films conducteurs. Le produit (1) est mis en contact électrique par des contacts linéaires élastiques (20). Les surfaces (27) matérialisant le contact sont appliquées contre la surface du produit (1) pour permettre la transmission de courant. Au cours du traitement électrochimique, une petite partie des contacts linéaires (20) est entraînée par le produit (1) transporté en continu, en raison des frottements d'adhérence, et enserrée mécaniquement. Après une étape de traitement, les contacts linéaires (20) sont séparés de la surface du produit (1), ce qui leur permet de se relâcher contre la direction de transport. Un traitement électrochimique continu a lieu grâce à plusieurs contacts linéaires qui matérialisent le contact à différents instants. Les contacts linéaires sont connectés à une source de courant pour bain par des conducteurs électriques flexibles (26). La présence de balais de contact n'est pas nécessaire.
