Abstract

L'invention concerne un appareil et un procédé de télémétrie de réponse neurale d'un implant (1) de stimulation cochléaire comportant une pluralité d'électrodes (2) implantables adaptées pour délivrer une stimulation électrique cochléaire et pour recueillir une réponse neurale sous forme de courbes de réponse mesurée au cours du temps. Des moyens de reconnaissance de forme automatique permettent de classer automatiquement chaque courbe de réponse parmi une pluralité de types de formes de courbes prédéterminé. Ce classement permet de déterminer et d'optimiser le réglage des paramètres de fonctionnement de l'implante Cochléaire.
