Abstract

La lata es del tipo de las que el cuerpo (1) cuenta con una tapa (3) de cierre estanco, eliminable en el momento de su apertura, y con una sobretapa desmontable (6), que permite recuperar la situación de cierre del cuerpo (1), tras su apertura inicial y eliminación de la tapa (3), cuando no se consume todo su contenido, la lata presenta como característica la incorporación de un anillo elástico y plano (8), como por ejemplo de goma, de considerable anchura, de diámetro sustancialmente inferior al del cuerpo (1) y sobretapa (6), estabiliza mecánicamente estos elementos y asegura un cierre estanco entro ellos.

Description

LATA DE CONSERVAS PERFECCIONADA
D E S C R I P C I Ó N
OBJETO DE LA INVENCIÓN
La presente invención se refiere a una lata de conservas, del tipo de las que incorporan una sobretapa desmontable, inicialmente inoperante, que tras la apertura de la lata permite restablecer el cierre de la misma, cuando el consumo de su contenido no se realiza de una sola vez.
El objeto de la invención es conseguir que las condiciones de cierre estanco primitivas se restablezcan tras la apertura inicial de la lata.
ANTECEDENTES DE LA INVENCIÓN
Como es sabido las latas de conserva están estructuradas mediante un cuerpo que en unos casos es prismático-rectangular, en otros cilindrico y en otros de planta elíptica, que al menos en correspondencia con una de sus bases incorpora un reborde perimetral con una doble función, por un lado permitir el cierre estanco de la lata y por otro facilitar su posterior apertura cuando ésta se lleva a cabo con un abrelatas.
El sistema clásico de apertura mediante abrelatas está tendiendo a desaparecer, sustituido por el comúnmente denominado "abre-fácil" consistente en establecer sobre la base de apertura de la lata una línea de debilitamiento perimetral que permite un fácil rasgado del material constitutivo de dicha base con la colaboración de una anilla que actúa simultáneamente como medio iniciador del rasgado, mediante basculación, y como medio de tracción para completar dicho rasgado.
Por otro lado y como es evidente cuanto mayor es la capacidad de la lata menor es la incidencia de los costos de envasado en el precio final del producto, por lo que es habitual la presencia en el mercado de latas de conservas con una capacidad superior a lo que podría considerarse una dosis de consumo, latas cuyo problema fundamental se centra en mantener una situación de cierre adecuada, una vez que se ha iniciado el consumo de su contenido.
En este sentido son conocidas latas de conserva que, a partir de la estructuración convencional y citada de cualquier lata de este tipo, incorporan una sobretapa físicamente independiente de la lata propiamente dicha, que tras la apertura de la misma y eliminación de la base correspondiente, permite restablecer la situación de cierre acoplándose a la embocadura de la lata y contando a tal efecto con un faldón perimetral que se solapa parcial y exteriormente a la pared lateral del cuerpo de la lata.
Esta solución, si bien resulta aceptable, no asegura la debida estanqueidad en el cierre de la lata, por lo que resulta inviable cuando se trata de productos delicados.
DESCRIPCIÓN DE LA INVENCIÓN
La lata de conservas que la invención propone ha sido perfeccionada en orden a resolver de forma plenamente satisfactoria la problemática anteriormente expuesta, asegurando un cierre absolutamente estanco de la lata, una vez que se ha producido la apertura inicial de la misma, situación de cierre estanco que se mantiene indefinidamente con independencia de las veces que sea manipulada la sobretapa.
Para ello y de forma más concreta dicha lata, partiendo de la estructuración básica y convencional anteriormente citada, es decir de la participación en la misma de una sobretapa utilizable tras la apertura inicial de la misma, centra sus características en la incorporación de un anillo elástico y plano, debidamente infradimensionado con respecto al perímetro de la lata como para que en situación de montaje resulte fuertemente presionado contra la misma, y de anchura a su vez adecuada para solaparse conjuntamente al faldón lateral de la sobretapa y a la pared lateral del cuerpo de la lata, de manera que el anillo elástico actúa como puente entre ambos elementos, que además de estabilizarlos firmemente, hermetiza la ranura de unión entre ellos.
DESCRIPCIÓN DE LOS DIBUJOS
Para complementar la descripción que se está realizando y con objeto de ayudar a una mejor comprensión de las características del invento, de acuerdo con un ejemplo preferente de realización práctica del mismo, se acompaña como parte integrante de dicha descripción, un juego de dibujos en donde con carácter ilustrativo y no limitativo, se ha representado lo siguiente:
La figura 1.- Muestra un despieze en perspectiva de una lata de conservas realizada de acuerdo con los perfeccionamientos objeto de la presente invención.
La figura 2.- Muestra, también según una vista en perspectiva, el mismo conjunto de la figura anterior, debidamente montado. La figura 3.- Muestra, finalmente, un detalle parcial en sección diametral de la lata en situación de cierre, tras la apertura inicial de la misma.
REALIZACIÓN PREFERENTE DE LA INVENCIÓN
A la vista de las figuras reseñadas puede observarse como la lata de conservas que la invención propone está constituida, como es convencional, a partir de un cuerpo (1) , que en el ejemplo de realización práctica representado en las figuras adopta una configuración cilindrica, pero que podría adoptar cualquier otra configuración, como por ejemplo una configuración prismática, sin que ello afecte a la esencia de la invención, cuerpo (1) dotado a nivel de su base superior de un reborde perimetral (2) a través del que, mediante agrafado, se fija al cuerpo (1) la tapa de cierre (3) determinante de una perfecta hermeticidad para el interior de la lata, tapa (3) que pude ser indistintamente eliminable de forma clásica, con un abrelatas, o que como en el ejemplo de realización práctica de las figuras puede estar dotada de una línea de debilitamiento (4) , obtenida por troquelado, a través de la que la tapa (3) es desgarrable con la colaboración de la clásica anilla (5) , sin que tampoco el sistema de apertura utilizado afecte a la esencia de la invención.
Como también es convencional la lata propiamente dicha (1-3) se complementa con una sobretapa desmontable
(6) materializada en una especia de cazoleta acoplable a la extremidad superior de cuerpo (1) a cuya pared lateral se solapa parcialmente mediante un faldón perimetral (7) , de manera que una vez eliminada la tapa (3) , mediante corte o rasgado, la sobretapa (6) permite restablecer la situación de cierre para la lata.
Pues bien, a partir de esta estructuración básica y convencional, la lata que se preconiza incorpora además un anillo plano (8) , de un material elástico, como por ejemplo goma, de considerable anchura y de diámetro acusadamente infradimensionado con respecto al diámetro del cuerpo (1) , para que en el montaje del anillo (8) sobre este último se produzca una notable deformación de dicho anillo, que asegura, además de una perfecta estabilidad posicional con el mismo, unas óptimas condiciones de cierre estanco.
Este anillo está destinado a afectar simultáneamente al faldón perimetral (7) de la sobretapa (6) y parcial o totalmente a la pared lateral del cuerpo (1) , tal como se observa en la sección de la figura (3) , de manera que no solo inmoviliza la sobretapa (6) con respecto al cuerpo (1) de la lata, sino que además, al quedar fuertemente presionado contra ambos elementos, asegura un cierre estanco de la ranura o intersticio (9) de unión entre ellos .

Ia.- Lata de conservas perfeccionada, que siendo del tipo de las que están constituidas mediante la combinación funcional de una lata propiamente dicha, dotada de cualquier sistema de apertura convencional, y una sobretapa desmontable, utilizable como medio recuperador de la situación de cierre tras la apertura inicial de la lata y cuando no se produce el consumo total de su contenido, se caracteriza porque incorpora además un anillo elástico y plano, de considerable anchura, que establece un puente de unión entre el faldón perimetral de la sobretapa y la pared lateral del cuerpo de la lata.
2a.- Lata de conservas perfeccionada, según reivindicación Ia, caracterizada porque el citado anillo elástico está acusadamente infradimensionado con respecto al perímetro de la lata al objeto de sufrir una notable deformación elástica en su montaje que asegure una fuerte presión contra el faldón de la sobretapa y contra la pared lateral del cuerpo de la lata, para asegurar a su vez tanto la estabilidad relativa entre estos elementos como el cierre estanco entre ellos
