Abstract
Description
CONTENEUR-CLASSEU DE POCHE POUR PIECES DE MONNAIE Domaine technique de l'invention TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION POCKET CONTAINER-POCKET FOR COINS
This invention relates to a pocket filing cabinet for metal coins, especially coins. STATE OF THE PRIOR ART Certain known storage devices made up of several pockets do not allow parts to be returned quickly and easily since they require the tactile search for the parts at the bottom of the pockets. Gripping the parts remains very difficult, especially for small parts. The visual identification of the pieces to check their value is necessary to remove the bag, a prior storage error or a mixture of the pieces is always possible. These devices do not allow instant knowledge of the amount contained in each pocket or in all of the pockets. Multi-pocket systems can suffer the consequences of awkwardness during use in the event of a spill. Other known devices offer flat storage in a thin structure. The maintenance of parts based essentially on the point elasticity of the material of the structure can pose a problem over time as soon as the loading-extraction actions of the parts are numerous and repetitive. The thin, therefore deformable structure of these devices is not a guarantee of reliability when maintaining parts. An untimely extraction of the parts is also possible by the external action of an object close to the device.
Selon des modes particuliers de réalisation :Other known storage devices include semicircular racks identical to those of the cash drawers but they are bulky, not very suitable for portable use because they can undergo the consequences of an untimely overturning at the time of use in case clumsiness. It is not easy to dispose instantly, without risk of error of the coin or coins at the very moment when they are needed but also to store them by classifying them under the same conditions, especially when these coins are of different values and dimensions and in large numbers. Disclosure of the invention The device according to the invention makes it possible to store a certain number of metal parts of the same value in a flat, closed container, made of rigid impact-resistant plastic material or metal and comprising a transparent fixed cover. One of the objectives of the invention to accommodate the largest possible number of parts in a minimum of space leads to storing the parts flat. This arrangement allows thanks to the transparent cover of the container to have instant knowledge of the number of parts contained and therefore of the total of the corresponding value, without manipulation. The device according to the invention comprises a container of parts in the form of a flat, rigid box, in the format of a card holder and of reduced thickness. The parts admitted into the container can move freely by tilting the latter forward, backward or on the coast. The container has a calibrated orifice through which the parts can be introduced. This orifice is arranged downstream of a flat surface framed on either side of guides intended to facilitate the introduction of the part. The part is pushed into the container thanks to a notch beyond a device preventing its return backward. The container has a parts outlet orifice provided with a braking system. The part is extracted from the container beyond the exit brake by pressing on its visible face through an oblong hole arranged in the transparent cover of the case. The device according to the invention provides for associating several containers or several types of containers. According to particular embodiments:
The container can be simple and have only one transparent use face, in this case it can only receive one type of part in terms of value and dimensions.
L'alimen- tation rapide de ce conteneur se fait sans ouvrir ce dernier.- the container can be associated with a container intended to quickly receive all types of part in value and dimensions, parts awaiting classification. This container is quickly fed without opening it.
The container can be double and have two transparent use faces, in this case it can receive two types of part in value and dimensions.
In this case, two simple containers respectively receive an internal partitioning. Four independent containers are then formed and can receive four types of coins in value and dimensions.
It is possible to carry out the association of several containers or of several types of containers by a flexible connection acting as a binding. The device thus assembled receives an external bill pocket which can accommodate on its visible surfaces a text, a logo, a brand advertisement for example. In the event that the external bill pocket is not installed, the free external surfaces of the filing container make it possible to receive text, a logo, a brand advertisement or the like in the same way.
In all cases, the association of several containers or of several types of container is maintained in the closed position by a hook-and-loop closure system.

Le guidage latéral de l'autre côté de la pièce introduite est assuré par le bord intérieur du boîtier (1).The following description with reference to the accompanying drawings given by way of non-limiting example will make it possible to understand how the invention can be implemented. FIG. 2 shows a plan view of a simple container (13) according to the invention, comprising a housing (1) and a cover (2) This housing (1) is made in one piece, of rigid molded plastic material or made of metal, for example of injected light alloy. The injected metal solution allowing thinner walls while retaining great rigidity. According to a characteristic of the invention, the housing (1) is provided with a central guide (5) serving to guide laterally on one side the part introduced into the housing (1). Lateral guidance on the other side of the inserted part is provided by the inner edge of the housing (1).
The free space between these two lateral guides depends on the diameter of the part.
According to another characteristic of the invention, the central guide (5) and the inner edge of the housing serving as a guide for the inserted part are provided with chamfers (7) and (8) facilitating the introduction of the play. According to another characteristic of the invention, the housing (1) has a flat surface (4) on the same plane as the bottom of the housing but outside the latter. This surface (4) called supply range receives the part to be introduced before it is pushed into the container. This surface (4) will be provided with a very legible and contrasting marking indicating the value of the part that can be introduced into the container.
According to another characteristic of the invention, the guide (5) integral with the housing (1) also serves to guide laterally on one side the parts to be extracted from the housing (1). For this purpose, the central guide (5) is provided with a chamfer (6). The extracted part being guided laterally between the central guide (5) and the inner edge of the housing (1). The free space between these two lateral guides located on either side of this extraction corridor depends on the diameter of the part. The cover (2) can be made of unbreakable transparent plastic material such as polycarbonate. Being perfectly flat, the cover (2) has simple but precise cuts. It can be produced by molding or by laser cutting from plastic sheet material. The housing (1) and the transparent cover (2) can be assembled by gluing or welding adapted to the materials present. According to another characteristic of the invention, the free space between the housing (1) and the cover (2) is sufficient to allow free movement of the parts in the container (13) under the action of gravity, simply by tilting the housing forward, backward or to the sides.
According to another characteristic of the invention, the transparent cover (2) comprises a notch (9) located in the axis of the supply range (4) making it possible to push the part into the container downstream of a device preventing his going back. Device comprising two non-return valves (10) and (11) located on either side of the notch (9). These valves (10) and (11) may consist, for example, of a portion of a V-shaped profile in flexible extruded plastic material, one wing of the V is welded or glued under the internal face of the cover (2) on either side. other of the notch (9). The mounting direction of the valves (10) and (11) is of course the same and corresponds to that shown in FIG. 4 and FIG. 14 (10). An arrow indicating the direction of loading may appear on the cover (2) in the loading axis, after the notch (9). According to another characteristic of the invention, the transparent cover (2) comprises a cutout or oblong hole (3) located in the axis of the extraction corridor. This cut (3) of sufficient width to allow pressure on the visible face of the part to be extracted and of a suitable length makes it possible to push the part out of the container, through a braking system called the exit brake (12 ). An arrow indicating the direction of exit of the part may appear on the cover, in the axis of the extraction corridor, in front of the oblong hole. The output brake (12) can consist, for example, of a portion of a V-shaped profile in semi-rigid extruded plastic, one wing of the V is welded or glued under the internal face of the cover (2) over the entire width of the outlet. The meaning of mounting the output brake (12) is shown in FIG. 3, FIG. 6 and FIG. 13. The exit brake (12) having to provide the most constant resistance possible and fairly firm at the exit of the parts, requires a semi-rigid extruded plastic profile, of quality insensitive to temperature. According to another characteristic of the invention, the container (13) formed by the housing (1) the fixed cover (2) the outlet brake (12) the non-return valves (10) and (11) constitutes a relatively large volume. closed from the outside. The container cannot therefore suffer the consequences of an untimely overturning due to a mistake. The parts contained cannot spread even if the device falls to the ground during use. According to the preceding characteristic, the isolation of the parts contained due to the semi-closed nature of the container (13) and the little manipulation of the parts which results therefrom results in a hygienic device protecting the user and particularly the users affected by certain allergies such as for example, nickel allergy. It is possible in addition to the conventional marking of the value of the part on the loading area (4) to also provide a relief marking in characters of the alphabet BRAILLE of this same value. It is also possible to provide for the hollow engraved execution of the arrows appearing on the cover (2), these provisions having to allow more user-friendly access of the device to blind people. To allow full use of the invention, it is possible to combine several containers or several types of containers. The association of a simple container (13) with a container of larger volume (14) makes it possible to quickly receive all types of parts in value and dimensions. The feeding of the all-parts container (14) is done through a slot (16) without opening the latter. The return of the parts admitted into the all-parts container (14) is impossible thanks to the valve (17) consisting of a rubber or flexible synthetic flap. The parts to be classified are emptied by a window closed by a slide (15). The slide (15) is held in the closed position by the operating pin (22) clipping by elastic deformation between the bosses (23) and (24). In the open position, the slide (15) bears on the edge of the housing (1). The slide (15) can not be removed from its housing, it can not be lost. In case of jamming of the parts in the container all parts (14) holes (18) and (19) located on the face of the container opposite to the outlet window allow the introduction of a tapered rod in order to release the jammed parts. The latter arrangement being taken in order to avoid the user the temptation to introduce a tapered rod through the feed slot (16) which would risk damaging the valve (17). The associations of several containers or of several types of containers as mentioned in the description or shown in the appended drawings are not limiting. These combinations of containers are produced by a binding (25) which may be in the form of a dovetail contained in flexible polymer plastic material which fits into a containing dovetail (20) molded in the housing (1). This type of binding is not limiting and can be replaced by any other system of articulation leading to the same result.
The device comprising several assembled containers receives a flexible bill pocket (26) glued on two faces (27) and (28), the assembly being held in the closed position by a strip of flexible synthetic textile (29) provided at one end 'a self-gripping material (30) coming to hang in (31) self-gripping material secured to the bill pocket (26). By way of nonlimiting example, the file container illustrated in FIG. 18 and FIG. 19, comprising a container all parts has dimensions of the order of 6.5 cm for the width, 3.5 cm for the height, 11.5 cm for the length. In this configuration, it makes it possible to classify 40 pieces in eight different types, that is to say 5 pieces of each type and to store in addition approximately 45 pieces in bulk, all types combined.
In the event that the all-part container is removed from the filing container illustrated in FIG. 18, the dimensions of the latter are of the order of 6.5 cm for the width, 2.2 cm for the height, 11.5 cm for the length.
